Q: How do I update my Acorn TV password? I can only sign in with the password that Acorn originally provided when I registered.
The first time you check out a 7-day pass for Acorn TV via our RBdigital collection, you may be asked to create a password for your Acorn TV account. If you want to change your password, follow these steps.
If you can successfully sign into Acorn TV:
- Go to My Acorn TV.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter and confirm a new password, then select Change Password.
If you cannot sign into Acorn TV:
- Verify that you can sign into RBdigital. If not, follow the Forgot password prompts.
- Then try signing into RBdigital again and accessing Acorn TV.
- If you cannot sign into Acorn TV, go directly to https://acorn.tv/ and go to Log In, then select the Forgot your password option and follow the prompts. Be sure to use the same email address you use for RBdigital.
