Q: Do you offer any virtual meeting spaces or collaboration tools?
Brainfuse HelpNow offers an online MEET feature. MEET is an easy-to-use tool that our library patrons can use to set up real-time meetings and study groups. Simply sign up/login with your Brainfuse username and password, then go to MEET to invite participants, choose a date and time, add an optional description, create a study/meeting session. Sessions take place through the Brainfuse whiteboard; it is not a video-conferencing tool.
Participants will be emailed a link to the MEET session. Only the meeting organizer is required to have a Brainfuse account, all others can just hop into the meeting using the emailed link. The meeting is private and accessible only to those with the link.
