Q: I'm trying to log into RBdigital (eMagazines and InstantFlix). Why does it say registration is required but then says my Library card number is already in use?

If you're seeing these messages, you probably already registered your Johnson County Library/Olathe Public Library card number with RBdigital for services including RBdigital eMagazines, Zinio eMagazines, or InstantFlix: Powered by IndieFlix.

Here are a few things to try:

  1. Enter your email address (instead of Library card number) as your login. 
    Your username for your Johnson County Library/Olathe Public Library account in RBdigital (eMagazines and InstantFlix) is an email address. If you previously registered your Library card number with RBdigital, your account is tied to the email address and the password you created when you signed up.
     
  2. Use the Forgot password or PIN? option.
    Use this option if there's a chance you previously registered your Library card number with RBdigital but can't remember the PIN/password you created when you signed up. Enter an email address as the username. You'll be notified if no account is associated with the email address you enter.
     
  3. Contact us with your Library card number.
    If you've tried the above options and still can't log in, contact us so we can check with RBdigital to see if an account is currently registered with your Library card number and ensure you get set up with access to our RBdigital services.
