Q: What programs are on your public computers?

The Library provides a basic set of software programs including the standard Microsoft Office Suite and a variety of trusted web browsers on all public computers.

Laptops are available for cardholders to checkout and use at our Central Resource and Lenexa City Center branches. The lending laptops have the same software programs as our public computers; additionally, they offer webcam access. Note: you need headphones to access the sound from the laptop.

For software pertaining to various creative pursuits, check out the Black & Veatch MakerSpace at the Central Resource Library. To guarantee time using computers, equipment or the studio, make a reservation online.

The Monticello branch has four Mac mini computers; these computers have basic Apple software programs installed as well as Adobe Suite applications.
