Notes Offers a full range of resources to help families live free of abuse: 24-hour crisis hotline; emergency shelter for women and children impacted by domestic violence; children`s programming; court advocacy; police advocacy; transitional housing; outreach therapy; Project SAFE, a school-based violence prevention program; Bridge, a hospital-based advocacy and crisis intervention program; an Economic Empowerment program; and a Lethality Assessment Program partnership with local police patrols. Pet care provided by Wayside Waifs for specified amount of time for clients who need to leave an abusive household where a pet is present and in danger. Callers may contact the local domestic violence hotline for more information.
