There are several ways to get your PIN/password:
Use the forgot PIN option and receive your PIN/password by email. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from do-not-reply@bibliocommons.com and the subject line is “Johnson County Library password reset.”
You can also contact us privately. Just have your Library card number handy and we can provide your PIN/password.
