There are multiple ways to get your PIN/password:
Online:
Use the forgot PIN option and receive your PIN/password by email. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from do-not-reply@bibliocommons.com and the subject line is “Johnson County Library password reset.”
You will only be able to use the PIN/password reset in the Web Catalog if you have already registered for an online account. If you are not yet registered, you won't be able to reset your PIN online.
Contact Staff:
Contact library staff and provide your library card number to retrieve your PIN/password. If you do not have your library card number or PIN/password, visit a branch in-person with a photo ID to retrieve this information.
