Where can I find more information about Obamacare (Affordable Care Act)?

On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act. The law puts in place comprehensive health insurance reforms that will roll out over four years and beyond.  Click here for an overview of the key features of the Affordable Care Act year-by-year.

Individuals and small businesses can buy affordable and qualified health benefit plans in this new transparent and competitive insurance marketplace.   

If you live in Kansas, you’ll use the website Healthcare.gov, to apply for coverage, compare plans, and enroll. Learn more about the Marketplace and how you can get ready.

Can't get on Healthcare.gov?  If you live in Kansas you can check out the rates and plans on www.insureKS.org.
